General terms
By placing an order you indicate to accept our Terms and Conditions. The Movie Store Rotterdam reserves the right to change its General Terms temporarily.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled, without payment of a fine and without giving any reasons, if not yet shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. We ask you to make a ticket in your account. Your cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.
If you have already paid the order you are cancelling , The Movie Store Rotterdam reimburses the amount paid at the latest within fourteen (14) days. If the order is canceled later an amount of € 2.50 will be charged.
Pre-orders, items with discount, RARE items and SALE items can't be cancelled or returned.
Delivery
Delivery will take place as long as supplies last. The Movie Store Rotterdam aims at sending orders within 48 hours after receipt of the payment sent, however The Movie Store Rotterdam can not be commited. We send by TNT Post.
The deadline is 30 days after placement of orders, excluding orders which the customer has indicated they want to receive later. If it is not possible to supply the customer within 30 days the customer will be informed in time and he has the right to cancel the order free of charge.
Prices
The articles have to be paid in euros, including VAT. Shipping costs (unless mentioned otherwise) are not included in these prices. Before contracting the agreement, the total price including shipping will be reported by our website.
Shipping
For the packaging and shipping a contribution is included. All prices are subject to the site of printing and printing errors. We cannot accept any responsability for the effects of printing and printing errors. All our supplies are sent by PostNL Post. Prices are variable due to the area you live.
We can only ship to a house adress, not to any Packing Station. The reason is that you have to sign for your shipment.

Payment
Payment of your order can be done by one of the following ways:
iDEAL You can do the payment at your own home and you will be automatically relayed to your own Internet page of your own bank. Than you can transfer directly the amount of the order. This method can only be used when you have a Dutch bankaccount;
PayPal After your order you will be automatically relayed to the PayPal page where you can transfer the amount. You can also pay with your credit card.
Payment in advance on Bank Account
If you choose for payment in advance you will get an e-mail with the correct data of the bank. Remember to note the order number for payment. When we have received the payment, we will send the order and confirm by an e-mail that the order is sent.
Pre-order
On every pre-order a 10% deposit, with a minimum of € 25,00, is required which is non-refundable.
The exact deposit is different for every pre-order.
Pre-orders can't be cancelled or returned.
The rest sum of the pre-order has to be paid within 48 hrs when the request is made by e-mail.
If you pay after 48 hrs the exact shipping costs will be charged even if the order is without shipping cost!
If a pre-order is cancelled at your request, your deposit will be forfeited and won't be paid back!
Term of approval
Unless indicated otherwise, after receiving the order during a period of 7 days you have the right to cancel the purchase by sending an email without giving any reasons and to return the order within the same deadline. Any payments (excluding administration and postage) will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to reimbursement if the product is used and / or damaged or if the order has been opened and / or not returned in the original packaging. After the expiration of the term of approval of 7 days the purchase real.
Ownershiptransfer
The ownership of products transfers only if the customer has paid in full.
Responsability whilst shipping
We are not responsable for loss or damage of goods during shipment. You can insure against this risk by paying a surcharge. In that case, please notify it with your order. Guarantee

The Movie Store Rotterdam reserves the right to refuse orders without giving any reasons or not to accept contracts.
Images and specifications
All graphics, photographs, drawings, information on weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels etc. at the site of The Movie Store Rotterdam apply only approximately, are indicative and may not lead to damages or dissolution of the contract. It is not allowed to copy images and / or text from the site of The Movie Store Rotterdam without our consent.
Returns and exchange of articles
We want to inform you as good as possible through our website about the items. If any item should not come up to your expectations, it can be changed or returned. Please fill in a ticket (using your account) indicating the number of your order and the products you want to change / return.
Returns and / or changes (further: the returns) are subject to certain conditions. The items should be reported by our return ticket system in your account within 7 days after receipt at the delivery address. The items should still be in the original state of shipping, with the attached labels and in original packaging when they are to be returned. Items you have purchased on Sale or other discounts can NOT be returned.
Would you exchange a product for another product then all postage (and return again to send) to your account.
The items, which have been reported for return, should immediately, but no later than within 7 days after receipt of the order on the delivery address be returned to us. The Movie Store Rotterdam only accept returns which have been reported als described above and for which the instructions have been followed. Returns that have not been reported, or not within the prescribed period are not accepted.
After reporting and after receipt of the item(s) your return will be confirmed by email. In case of payment in advance the amount will be credited through a voucher. This voucher is always valid and can be used at a following order.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased at The Movie Store Rotterdam, please contact us by making a ticket in your account or by email: [email protected]. The costs for returning an article with a complaint will be first on behalf of the customer . These costs will be credited if the complaint is well founded.
Force majeure
The Movie Store Rotterdam has the right, in case of force majeure, to suspend or to resolve a customer's order or contract without judicial intervention, notifying the client by letter. The Movie Store Rotterdam does not accept any responsability for any damages, unless it appears unacceptable under the circumstances to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
To all the rights, obligations, offers, contracts and agreements to which these Conditions apply, as well as these conditions, only Dutch law can be applied.
